2. What personal data we collect

We only collect personal data you voluntarily submit through our website forms, email, phone or in-person meetings. The categories include:

• Identification data — full name, job title, company name.
• Contact data — work email, phone number, postal address.
• Project data — site location, project description, accuracy requirements, timeline, budget range and any files you choose to share.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL and pages visited (collected automatically by our server logs and analytics).

We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18, and we do not collect sensitive categories such as NRIC numbers, financial account numbers or health data through this website.

3. How we use your data

We use the personal data you provide for the following purposes only:

• To respond to your enquiry, scope a proposal and quote a project.
• To deliver the products and services you procure from us — including licence provisioning, training, technical support and warranty registration with brand principals.
• To maintain ongoing commercial communications about your active projects, renewals and product updates relevant to your stack.
• To meet legal, regulatory, accounting and tax obligations under Singapore law.
• To improve the website's content and security through aggregated analytics — never tied to a named individual where avoidable.

We do not use your personal data for unsolicited marketing, profiling, automated decision-making or third-party advertising.

4. How we share your data

We share personal data only on a need-to-know basis with:

• Brand principals (e.g. PIX4D SA, Emlid, Framence, Hexagon / Blue Marble, AgEagle, Living Optics, Sicher Protections) — strictly to provision licences, register warranties and route Tier-2 technical support on your behalf.
• Form-handling service Formsubmit.co — receives the contents of submitted forms and forwards them to our inbox. Data is not stored on Formsubmit beyond delivery.
• Hosting and email providers — process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
• Government, regulators and law-enforcement agencies — where required by Singapore law, court order or subpoena.

We never sell your personal data, and we do not share it for any party's independent marketing.

5. Cross-border transfers

Some of our service providers (e.g. Formsubmit, hosting) operate servers outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred out of Singapore, we ensure the receiving party is bound by data-protection standards comparable to Singapore PDPA, in line with Section 26 of the PDPA.

6. How long we keep your data

Personal data is retained only as long as needed for the original purpose plus any statutory minimum:

• Quote enquiries that did not convert — up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted.
• Active customers — for the duration of the commercial relationship, plus 7 years after last engagement (Singapore Companies Act and tax records).
• Server logs and analytics — up to 12 months in identifiable form, then anonymised.

7. Your rights under PDPA

Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you, and ask how we have used or disclosed it in the past 12 months.
• Correct any errors or omissions.
• Withdraw consent for any purpose for which you previously gave consent. We will action a withdrawal request within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
• Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore if you believe we have not complied with the PDPA.

8. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards: HTTPS-only delivery, encrypted email and storage, role-based access control, regular software patching, and confidentiality obligations on every employee and sub-processor. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure — but we will notify affected individuals and the PDPC promptly in the event of any data breach affecting personal data, in line with the PDPA's mandatory data breach notification regime.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses only first-party essential cookies for security and core functionality. We do not deploy third-party advertising trackers, remarketing pixels or social-media trackers on this site. The interactive map widget on the drone-services pages loads tiles from OpenStreetMap and Esri — these providers may log standard request headers (IP address, browser) for tile-delivery purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing access to the main content.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be flagged on the site for at least 30 days before they take effect.
